Thanks to its large scope of investment, investors can benefit from income tax benefits, covering any additional governmental charges. To ensure the security and protection of the capital, the programme utilises a CIBC Trust Account, offering a Capital Protection Programme that safeguards the funds.
In order to oversee and manage the programme effectively, a management fee of 2% is applied. This fee covers the cost of professional management services dedicated to optimising the capital enhancement process, ensuring the best possible outcomes and returns on the USD 50 million investment.
